Choose a place for your vacation from the plane
You can find beautiful sandy beaches on the island of Korčula too. Just find accommodation in Lumbarda on the eastern shore of the island and you will have them all at hand. Right in the resort there is Tatinja beach with fine sand and a very shallow entry into the sea which is perfect for small children. Just a few minutes of walking from the town centre there is another sandy beach Bilin Žal. In Lumbarda, you can visit great restaurants serving local specialities, and also several shops and stalls. The resort is only 6 km far from the wonderful historic city of Korčula and 5 km away from the ferry port in Dominče.
